Joe. Joe is what my husband and I like about Zerorez. He came to our home on Friday, Dec. 11 to clean our carpets. He was spectacular. Beyond any doubt, he did the best job any technician has ever done for us. He was efficient, thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable about his trade. In addition, he was friendly and respectful while remaining professional at all times. Joe is the reason we will continue to call Zerorez for our flooring needs and he is certainly the person we will request for the job.

Professionalism and quality of work.

Paul went above and beyond. He was on time, professional, friendly and should be your go to person for training new staff. He paid attention to all the little details that make a difference. For example protecting the corners, scrubbing the carpet before using the sprayer and then wiping up the water on the tile. We have always been pleased with your company but haven't always received all of these services that Paul provided. We will be requesting him for all of our future cleans!

The technician was very friendly he was very honest I have several pet stains he could have tried to upsell me for hundreds of dollars he did not do that as he said the carpet needed to be replaced. I did go forward with deodorizer and cleaning and it looks great. Unfortunately I live in an apartment and I've been here three years so I cannot get new carpet unless I move to a new unit. Thank you for your service and the price being very reasonable!
