Our carpet is 20+ years old and looks great after cleaning. Technician was friendly and professional. We are a repeat customer.
I asked for a small bottle of the water (which I had received on a prior cleaning) and was turned down. The site offered me a "kit" for $54.00. Thanks.

I used to clean my own carpets with a home machine. Since that is no longer possible, I called your company on the recommendation of my daughter. The technician and your company use the same care and attention I would have used had I been able to do it myself. The zero residue was particularly appealing because of allergies to cleaning products in my family. And the carpet looks great.
