I like that the carpets look the best they ever have after the job is done. There is also nothing used that I would be allergic to. It dries really quickly compared to other cleaners.

Service was great! The only reason it wasn't a 10 is because of the quoting done via the website. I ended up paying much more than anticipated because the quote was not accurate.
Every employee that I spoke with was very friendly and efficient. You followed through with reminder calls and texts. The service guy (Sean/Shawn) was very friendly and thorough. Our carpeting looked amazing after it was cleaned. The pricing is very fair.
The Zerorez member was polite and very informative. My disappointment came hours after the cleaning, we notice wall damage in various areas along the stairs. I believe this was cause by the equipment.
Nothing major just enough to be noticed and required some minor repair.
We paid $750 to get two rooms cleaned, including the special cleaning stuff for animal pee. The smell was still there so they came out again but the smell is still there even after a second treatment.
Pet treatment costs to high. Otherwise good service.
