The carpets are still dirty. We bought a shark vacuum from Costco and it picked up soo much debris. We would like a refund or a re do.

Your techs seem to be run of the mill like other companies. They do not spend more time on especially soiled areas. These areas come mostly clean but not as clean as other carpet areas.
Your techs are always clean, well mannered and efficient in handling their equipment to and from the truck. We just needed a little more effort on the stair edges and the high traffic area by the outside door. Other high traffic areas he did very well.

We are returning business customers. Carpets look great, tech was courteous and professional. Great experience.

Tech came to the door and ready to walk into our home without any covering for his shoes. I asked if he had booties to cover his shoes and he replied I guess I can get them from my van. This is my only complaint...he was quick and explained the process but I was taken back at his response to wearing booties and that I had to ask. Maybe train all reps/techs to wear shoe coverings before entering customer homes especially the service industry Zerorez is in.

Great products and knowledgeable work force

This was service for my in-laws vacant home that we are getting ready for sale. While I understand their carpet was heavily soiled, I am very surprised that it couldn't get a bit cleaner. I feel badly complaining as we use your services at my home and have had very good results. Perhaps your tech did his very best and the carpet and flooring was that far gone.

I was impressed with Chris S and his on time appearance for my carpet cleaning. He explained their use of water rather than chemicals, which is the main reason I wanted to use them for my first time. There were no oders during the entire process and Chris was done in the time he said it would take. Zerorez is a very efficient, well run company.

First of all, and most important .... our technician Jesse, was awesome. Worked hard, showed care and concern for the job and our carpet, and was totally respectful. He is a great liason for your company.

He got the carpet clean, but the stains were still visible in the same places they started (using a blacklight) We had protectant on our couch from the other cleanings .... didn't stop anything from staining. The carpet had biological agent the last time, same issues ... and this time we didn't get it, and no difference. Your service people are awesome, incl the girl in the office that arranged everything (she was golden), but the process isn't convincing us anymore

Our family just moved to Arizona. We were recommended to Zerorez by our super agent. We are so happy with the service. The technician (Brandon) was professional and informative. The place looks fantastic and he made the carpet look like new and the tiles were spotless! He also took time to explain product care and services we can use to maintain the life of the product. Representatives show up promptly, are knowledgeable, and thorough, and courteous. The end result is very good. I have used them several times to clean tile and grout. I've always been pleased with the result.

I didn’t think it was worth the price and didn’t see a difference between this company and smaller owned companies which are cheaper. The technician was very nice
