Did a great job !!!
The representative (Brendan) that came to our home was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. He did a great job and answered questions that I had. He acted as if he
really enjoyed his job and was happy to be of service. I called on Tuesday morning as
we had a bad spill which occurred on Monday and Brendan was at our home to clean
the carpet the same day that I called. We will definitely call Zerorez again.
You should have a furniture moving option. Price paid where I had to move everything seemed high. Good tech.
They came to our house when they said they would. Technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing.

Our experience with Zerorez continues to be consistent, reliable & of utmost cleaning quality! Our Tech, JOE, was friendly, professional and clearly had been in the business a long time. Price-wise, Zerorez is on the more expensive side of carpet cleaners, but the cost is well worth it! For the cleaning & peace of mind that there isn't residue left in the carpets or that there will be that 'wet carpet smell' for days on end, I am willing to pay the extra.

The young man that came was very nice but didn’t wear booties coming in and it had been raining so there was a mess on the floor and he walked on the white carpet with the dirty shoes. The carpet cleaned has ripples and won’t lay flat now.
