I recommend Zerorez 10/10! Everyone from talking to the representative for booking, to Eric who came and cleaned my carpets were so friendly. The solution smells so good and all of the marks/stains in my carpet are gone (with no crunchy carpet after!!). Eric explained everything to me as he was doing the work. He even made the experience super personable. Definitely will be booking again and referring my friends and family! Thanks Zerorez.

The only slight problem was the carpet stayed damp longer than I expected. But I turned the temp up and had vent fans going. Generally dry in 4-5 hours. But great job regardless. JD

This is our first time using Zerorez and we could not be more pleased. We just bought a home and this company was recommended to us by our realtor. Our technician, Ty, did an amazing job, putting in a lot of extra elbow effort to clean the carpets after he realized there was "invisible" pet hair embedded in the carpets. It came up in rolls! No extra charge, just "this is what we do". The carpeting looks brand new! We will definitely use Zerorez again.
