Was $500 more than quoted. Plus then he asks if I want the grout and tile sealed for another $600. I could have laid new flooring.

Staff was friendly and helpful in giving me coasters for some furniture that I wanted to move to have clean for that area.

May I recommend that you inform other clients of the long wait to get their carpets back if they are dropped off at your place. No one told me in advance that it would take 2-3 weeks to get my carpet back when I dropped it off. I was kinda surprised. But the work was worth the wait.
