We had a carpet emergency involving our new rescue puppy. Unfortunately, he got sick all over our new,very light carpet. I called Zerorez and Kelly answered. She was incredibly nice and understanding about my situation. She worked things around so a tech could stop by the same day. Our tech was super nice and very knowledgeable! Was almost chocolate in color and the fewsptsI came out. We are two seniors. You folks cleaned my carpet in June. Obviously it was not deep cleaning. You also did my same rug yesterday and it was disgusting I need to have it cleaned again in less than six months. I paid you folks over 300’dollars since June. Check your records. . I now know why your product does not clean deep. The area rug is a piece of carpet from baker brothers
Very expensive. And 6 years old. Senior get spots but we are not outside to bring in so much dirt. But when you did it in June it looked clean but that was only surface and why the spots kept coming back.
I recommended you to my daughter. She stopped by the older son was cleaning this

the carpets feel almost brand new (and in an apartment, that's a pretty big deal!). the service man was very pleasant and worked quickly. definitely recommend!

Edge of carpet where hard surface begins is still really dark. Last time this happened you came back out to redo it. Was great after 2nd time. I told Trey that it had happened before. He said he would pay special attention to it. It's still dirty there.
Also, you claim floor dries in a few hours. Trey finished around 5:30 p.m. At 3:00 a.m. it was still wet. 9:00 a.m next day couple damp spots still.

I requested a CHANGE to my order. The CSR Nicole advised I would receive a call the day prior, which would be 2 days from when I called for the change. The call never came so I called back and left a message. The next morning I was called by a gentleman who advised my order had been canceled!! YIKES?!!! The appointments were full that day so were inconvenienced to wait until the following day. No discount offered...not a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience!!
I love the powerful equipment and process that you use! It absolutely makes my worn carpet presentable, getting out a stain that I was sure couldn't be removed! Colton was very polite, knowledgeable and a great ambassador for Zerorez!

We had carpet and tile done. Everything looks fantastic and it was so easy. Our Tech, Chad, was super courteous, professional and did a great job. I will always recommend this company for carpet and tile. And, just like the radio ad, your carpet will be soft after.

I am a longtime fan & cheerleader for Zerorez. I've hesitated to write because this time the results were less than satisfactory -- I believe because of an unfortunate misunderstanding. A miscommunication.
On my 1st contact re this order, I had a discussion with Zerorez about your spot leaner which had had a strong orange odor the last time you were here. I needed spot cleaner --so finally agreed to it. I asked more than once.
On your tech's -- (Luiz? -- I may have his name wrong) -- arrival 1st thing I asked about was spot cleaner. He had a tool with a long thin spray wand and said this is what you use.
He was gathering up his things on the truck to leave -- but on viewing the carpet I ran outside & told him the spots weren't done. Unacceptable. He said the not well-cleaned areas were high traffic areas -- which they are -- but I told him if I'd been able to get some of them out with club soda -- he must be able to do better with what he uses.
So he came back with your spot remover -- which didn't smell as strong as last time -- and reluctantly treated the "finished" job. When he finally left the carpets were MUCH cleaner -- tho still not right -- and texture a bit odd -- and wet. I asked if I could use his fans for a few hours but he said he needed them for the next job. Offered to rent me 2 at $50 or $100 -- which I can't afford.
When your scheduler called me to confirm the app't he told me that I could add or make changes when the tech arrived. I had to delete the living room because I'd moved furniture & other things from other rooms there. I asked about the spots & spot remover.
Your tech kept saying his order read not to use the spot cleaner. I suggested to him that next time, he review the order with his customer for adds, changes or confirmation. He kept saying that his order read not to use the cleaner.
I hate to write this because I'm not satisfied with the job done -- and because your tech seemed to be very pleasant. But you asked me twice for my comments. I am not satisfied with the job done this time.
The carpet isn't new but I'm a 76-year-old woman who rarely entertains at home now, so my carpet should last a long time. The "high traffic areas" are cleaner but still not clean and there are a couple of spots in the bedroom we didn't even discuss. The texture is a bit odd -- a bit like "washboard" if you've ever driven over a sandy road. Or chenille.
I'm not sure what to do at this point. Please call me so we can resolve this. thank you.
