We have used Zero Res for several years now, every time the technician does an excellent job in explaining the process. Carpet looks great, dries fast and is not crunchy when walked on.

I am disappointed that your policy will not allow moving of light furniture! For an example, a chair that I move every-time I vacuum! And no cleaning under a bed ( my bed is super high off the ground). I dislike I can see under and see where the cleaning did not get done. Lastly, I was charged$ 40 - 50extra for three 4x4 shower floors ( each not including walls ) Your employee’s definitely worked hard but I wasn’t happy bring told “ no” when spending $1400 - won’t use you guys again for that very reason and I went into it planning on having it all done twice a year. Could’ve thrown in the shower floors being we were very honest about every extra space when originally booked on phone 🤷🏻♀️
The technician had a bad attitude about my carpet, derogatory about age and fiber.

I have a Hoover for pet issues. My carpet was left “crusty” after use and never really looked clean. Heard the commercials for Zeroez & of course I had to give them a try. I’m ashamed I can’t remember the young man who cleaned my rugs. He was so sweet! And so informative! Did a thorough job explaining and my carpets looked brand new! No crusty feel! Give this kid a raise!
Very happy with the tech. I was suprised that there was some crunch to the carpet when that is one of their advertising pitches. After vacuuming it did disappear. Also took about 6 hours to dry when you were not supposed to walk on it which was not possible in the trailer.
