I love that your cleaning process does not leave carpet or furniture crunchy. The technician did an awesome job, it only took an hour to clean my huge couch and it dried quickly. Very satisfied.

I have used you for years , but the last 2 times it doesn’t seem like the cleaning is as good and the carpets seem to be a lot more wet.
I have my carpet cleaned every year and this year I tried Zerorez for the first time. My carpets are the cleanest they have ever been following a cleaning, they look like new. There was also no messy water on tile, etc.

I have used Zerorez approximately 5 times in the last several years. I find their service to be exceptional! I was about to move into a home in October that the owner had just had the carpets cleaned by another company. Frankly, I did not want to move my belongings into the home without having the carpet cleaned by Zerorez. I had them out to clean the carpets and they were cleaned amazingly. Stains and traffic patterns in the carpet came out and I was excited to move myself into the residence. I have definitely recommended Zerorez to my family and friends and anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

The tech gouged a hole in the wall and I was told on Tuesday the manager would be reaching out to me have not heard anything. Also way too much water he started at noon and the carpet was still not dry at 10 at night when I went to bed
My technician that I always request, David M., goes above and beyond to service my home. I had another person right after him and was not as happy so now I make sure to book my appointment when David is available.
