10 out of 10. Every time. I use them in our home and in our rental homes. It doesn't matter which employee comes, they make recommendations and perform the work flawlessly.

I have 3 dogs that are already potty trained. My son got his own dog & is potty training the puppy. Well the puppy's had some accidents. Had my carpets cleaned yesterday and wow what a difference! Thank you Zerorez! Also your tech was very nice & did a really good job

I am very happy with the air duct cleaning. Seth and Trayvon were very knowledgeable and respectful. I feel they went above and beyond in getting to the hard-to-reach air ducts. They did their best to minimize the debris from the cleaning process and cleaned up nicely afterward. They kept me informed of each step in the cleaning process and I will be recommending Zerorez to my friends.

First, my carpet doesn’t look as good as the last time. And the guy never told me it was $75.00 to remove the smell and the stains look like they are still there.

I love how prompt every employee is at this company. I am a repeat customer and everyone is so friendly and does a thorough job especially the recent tech that came to my house. He made sure that the chair that he was cleaning was completely stain free and my carpet that I had done was completely stain free as well. I am very happy with zero res won’t use anybody else.

Carpet looks new again. Dry VERY fast. The technician was a very informed knew Exactly what he was doing. Did not try to upsell very impressed with the carpet cleaning service. This is the third time I have used zerorez. We will see you again in 8 months this time for the tile also!!
