Safe, no odor. You take the time to do a thorough cleaning and most of the moisture is gone right away so drys quickly.

Very honest , in that paul the carpet cleaner,told me that as I see how cleaned
the carpet looks,is as how the carpet would look after the carpet dry`s.

Great customer service; didn't try to upsell.
The edges remained dirty. Don’t think he went all the way to the edge. The guy didn’t use the brush to fluff up the carpet so it seems really madded down from previous times. Pretty disappointed in the way it turned out then from previous times.
Clean and fresh
The carpet was unfortunately still very stained. And filthy. I had to go back with a machine and the water that came from it was jet black. I’m not sure if it was the technician, but it was a terrible cleaning. I requested a refund but was denied. I have used this company for years in many of our property management properties, but after this past experience (and a couple other cleanings that were less than satisfactory), I think we are done.
Customer service is always great, but the quality of the actual cleaning is just not good enough lately.

Well, we have had this company clean our carpets before, and we were very satisfied. What was different this time as apposed to the other time was the pricing. In the past, we called and were given a price for the area we wanted cleaned. They came cleaned it for the price we were quoted and left. Now this time we had the same type of stains as the last time but, the price they gave us at the time of cleaning was way more than what we were quoted at the time of cleaning. Now we had the same kind of stains. The technician explained that the original price is just an estimate, and not a guarantee..it is up to the technician to determine the severity of the stains and what it would take to clean those stains. I understand that. We actually decided to go with the extra cleaning charge for stains in our master bedroom and the standard cleaning charge everywhere else. As it turned out, having paid the extra charge for our master bedroom, didn't mater because they didn't get the stain out completely..This was the same type of stain in our carpet as the previous cleaning. Overall, the cleaning was wonderful when completed but, with the vast difference in pricing from the original estimate to the final pricing was really disappointing. Customer service did discount the service to compensate for our disappointment, which I was very appreciative for. I'm just not sure I would go with this company again before shopping around.

I like the idea of using hot water and steam to clean instead of so many suds chemicals. The technician listened to my needs and worked very hard. He also made me aware of some issues I hadn’t considered. Made getting the job done easier. I like that your company does dryer vent cleaning and will probably use that option next year.
The young girl that cleaned my carpet did the ABSOLUTE best job that I've ever seen. She's a peach and if you get her you are lucky. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I haven't seen anyone working this hard in years and years.
