As seniors, we have had to depend on various vendors and it's such a blessing to not only receive quality service (the carpets look great) but to have that service provided by someone like Darius is truly a win, win.

Our rugs look great every time I have Zerorez clean them. The employees are very professional. I highly recommend them.
I was able to add more to the order when the tech got to the house. (2 bedrooms with carpet and another piece of carpet to be cleaned was my original request) but I decided to get the ceramic tile floors in the entire home cleaned because there was no furniture moved in yet. The kitchen tile was extremely dirty, but it cleaned up beautifully. The service man, Ryan, I think his name was, was a very nice fellow and worked really hard. I've also used Zerorez when I lived in MN. They always did a great job.
This company has been nothing but professional prompt, and excellent service! I’ve use them many times with my real estate clients and just use them today for my grout and tile travertine floors. The floor is being 25 years old. I didn’t expect much but I was so pleasantly surprised. My tech, (I don’t know how but I forgot his name!) Was awesome. Thank you Zeroez!

Your technician damaged my furniture when I called and spoke to Candance. She told me that someone was supposed to call me back named Steve from wood furnishings or something like that. I haven’t had any callback. She also wasnt that concerned when I told her my furniture got damaged. Almost everyday since Monday I have called to speak to her or someone hire up and I keep getting an excuse that they are to busy and will call me back later. I’m very disappointed and I will never use you guys again. I do want my furniture fixed so I do want a call back asap.
