I had soap residue that appeared when the floors were dry. I had to hand clean those spots which I reported back to you.
Our technician was AMAZING!! he was friendly, professional and explained the products available to help treat our carpets!! Completely satisfied with the results. I appreciated the care and respect that he had for our home during the process. (He placed corner protectors to prevent the hoses from rubbing the baseboards and provided shoe covers). Professionals that take pride in their work arrive at your home in a timely manner. They ask about your expectations and explain how they will work to meet them. After the cleaning, they ask you to inspect and offer feedback. They then clean up as if they had not been there. Excellent service.
