At the end of the appointment I was told basically that what ever film was on the tile couldn’t be removed because it may harm the equipment, it would have been nice to know this prior to having the tile done in the first place. I would have to think “these experts” would be able to make that call prior to starting, and me paying beer 900$ to hav emu floors cleaned. My tile now looks blotchy and I wish I just left it alone.
Please let the customer know where you are getting the water from. To do the cleaning?
I like the concept of the water used in the cleaning process. I like that the carpeting dries more quickly than other carpet cleaning services. What I don't like is the placement on the payment app for the giving of a tip. Unnecessary and inappropriate for this kind of business.

Spend a little more time doing job instead of rushing.
Offer discount to do additional work while there - I have throw rug that could have been done quickly while already here but price quoted was more to do rug than two whole bedrooms so I declined.

He was there late to complete the job and was very kind and understanding of my autistic son when he arrived home. He paid a lot of attention to detail, and I greatly appreciate his service.
The carpet stay soft and look clean.
My experiences with Zerorez have all been good. The technicians arrive at the scheduled time with a text message when they are on their way. The technicians are professional and hard working. I had furniture as well as carpet cleaned on my last appointment with Zerorez. The technician did a thorough job cleaning multiple pieces of furniture. He also paid special attention to worn areas of the carpet.
The technician who did the job - Juan - was very conscious and pointed out problem areas as he worked. Also, the pricing was very clear, no surprises at the end.
Products are Products, yes yours seam to be less chemically... but finding good people is the key for any reputable quality company. Our tech was very personable, did a great job, took his time explaining the process, and towed the company line by offering other services before he packed up. I didn't need any other services this time, but good information for next time! Good experience. Thank you.
