Area rug price doesn’t make sense since you do 3 rooms for 129 or one area rug for 100
Bid the job accurately so the price isn't increased upon arrival. Was charged an additional $81+ because no hallways were included in tbe bid. That's poor bidding process on your part.
I used Zerorez on my 4 year old carpets. They had quite a bit of use as I have 10 grandchildren. My technician, Alex, explained the process thoroughly and did a great job protecting my walls, door and wood floors. He was very detailed and worked to get stubborn stains out. Our carpets look brand new! They dried very quickly and there was no chemical smell as I’ve experienced with other carpet cleaners in the past.

Joshua was very knowledgeable and kind and patient with my questions and concerns in some of the areas of my carpet that was from a previous owner and their dog. He was very friendly and explained in detail each product and process that would take place from start to finish. My carpets looked amazing when they were finished drying. Will use you guys in the future for my next cleaning.

We have used ZeroRez numerous times for our home, and my husband has them come in every six months for his office space. Always happy with the results, never any odor and fast drying time .
The carpet was cleaned for a customer after a technician spilled something. The carpet tech showed up on time and was knowledgeable as well as courteous. The customer was happy which makes us, a business, happy.
