I have used Zerorez for years, they always have done a great job. This last time I felt like the technician was trying to over charge me, I ask for sanitizing the carpets and he said each room was $80.00 per room, I said no way! in the past I have paid less. He then came back and said he would do it for $40.00 per room, I said ok.
They had a special going on for $40.00 per room, I thought what a great deal then my bill ends up being $205.00 for the two bedrooms...WOW!

My carpets look fantastic and like new again! The process was super simple and the technician was informative and even suggested a great deal of the carpet protectant afterwards which we then added on. 10/10 recommend!

The technicians were friendly, professional and efficient. We’ve always used Zerorez since our carpet was installed. No residue and no odor. Only a fresh clean feeling when they’re done. Our eight year old carpet looks great!
