People, products and service!
Phone estimate was around $400 but ended up $614. Was charged $150 extra to clean tile in master bath and $25 to shampoo walk-in closet. Some of the tile grout is still dirty so the job was evenly done. If I'd noticed that b/f the tech left I wouldn't have tipped. Also, one man crew so it took almost 3 hours, wasting a lot of my time.
I'm happy that there is no soap residue left on the carpet.

I had an awesome quick service!! he did a great job on the Rugs and Tile. Can beat Zerorez for how clean they make everything and without the residue!
