Every thing was fine!

Technician did a great job cleaning the carpet. I just wish the carpet would dry a little sooner. It’s been over 36 hours and I still have very wet areas. The stairs still look dirty to me but it could be that they are still wet.

I also wish your prices weren’t so high with additional environmental and gas fees. It adds up quickly.

The care the tech took to talk to me about how everything works. Took his time to do all the work. Everything was good and he had me check out the how the furniture turned out. I felt very comfortable with him.

Everyone I talked with was very pleasant, the technicians were very attentive and considerate. But with the difficulties of the first technician spilling some detergent on the stairs and the issue the second technician fixing the stairs not leaving a voicemail when calling was problematic for me. The problem was fixed though in the end and I appreciated and am satisfied with the work. I would have given a 10 out of 10 if not for the spill.

All though the mistake was taken care of, it shouldn't have happened int the first place. I didn't find there cleaning results any better than who I have used in the past. I would not be comfortable referring them to my friends.

I have called and texted several times as the cleaner over charged me for services I did not ask for. I have requested the partial refund and keep getting the same response. We will look into and get back to you. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card.
