Quick, easy and did a great job!
The carpets are so clean when finished and no residue. It is an excellent company to deal. From the initial phone call to the technicians that clean the rugs, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best customer service.

Every time we have had Zerorez out to clean carpet and clean and seal tile they have done a great job and we are very pleased. This Tuesday was no exception. The two technicians who came were on time, polite, thoroughly went over the process with us and then got right to work and left our house looking spotless. We like that there is no residue of soap or the "crunchy" feeling in the carpeting and it dries quicker too. Can't say enough good things about Zerorez and will definitely use them again the next time we need our carpets and tile cleaned.

Ethan was nice and explained everything to me before he started. I added two extra things to the list and he told me the price for the additional services. He didn’t seem to be bothered by the additional work. He got started quickly and moved through the house cleaning everything thoroughly. I am very pleased with the job he did.
Nothing. The next day, my husband and I vacuumed both carpets because he said it would make the nap come up better and we got so much dirt out of both of them. Next time we’re going to do it ourselves with the market cleaner.

Carpet is very clean and great workers.
Just disappointed that we paid extra for some sort of pet stain treatment that was supposed to go deep into the carpet pad (vs the topical treatment that we’ve had before) and literally saw no difference. And it still smells. I think the topical treatment we did before actually had better results.

Ramon was a very nice young man and very professional. I had several doggy potty spots & he took care of them. I also had some spots that just showed up. Not sure what it was. Ramon worked hard on them and they are gone now too. My carpet looks and feels so much better!

We had technician Ryan Stevens come out to clean our carpets. On the day of the cleaning, t Ryan arrived right on time. He was not only punctual but also extremely professional and courteous. Before starting, he took the time to assess the condition of the carpets and discuss any specific areas of concern I had.
Ryan left my carpets looking brand new. He paid close attention to detail, ensuring that every inch of carpet was thoroughly cleaned.
Ryan went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the results. He even provided me with useful tips on how to maintain the cleanliness of my carpets between professional cleanings.
