Did a great job
I really needed help with cleaning my floor. They were cleaned so much better than I could have done so I bought a gallon of there alkaline water to continue cleaning my floors with my steamer.

I had my carpet cleaned on Tuesday, March 19. A gentleman named Isaac came and did the job. He was professional, friendly and did a fabulous job!!
No problem with your company or your men. Very few people ask me for recommendations aboutcarpet cleaning, so the chance of recommending Zeorezis just about zero. I also don't go around saying "hey, have you heard about this great company? You're not pay ing me to advertise for you.
The carpet still feels soft and not crispy after it dries. My sofa and chair came out clean and soft too.
The carpets look great and we were given a discount when the cleaning day had to be postponed by the company.
The product cleans well and is odorless. The service was great. The young man was friendly and courteous. He did a great job on my carpet.

Technician said that you all do not do large area rugs that lay on top of carpet. I’ve never heard that before. Seemed like job was rushed. No attempt to engage or try to have a repeat customer. To me customer service is a big piece of the job. A little disappointed.

The area rug by our front door still looked the same; just a few spots that are still there. The rug that was under our kitchen table looks great. We had put in on the driveway for cleaning. He was able to clean that one with his solution. The living room and bedroom turned out okay but felt crispy in spots. He was here for about 30 minutes and we thought it was a little pricey for the amount of time he was here.
