Have been a long time customer - great service and clean results.
Matt S is such a great person and hard worker, showed up a little early and worked hard for over 5 hours. He cleaned my rugs, my bedroom carpets, my tile and my sectional. My house is so clean and everything looks great! Thank you Matt, you rock!
Rug looks great
The carpet and tile turned out great. The Zerorez technician, Jeff, was polite and careful. He did a good job.
The carpet did not get crunchy like they promised and was fluffy again.

I was expecting more out of this service
Very efficient and my carpets look brand new. The technician was very polite and explained the process to me. He was very thorough, looking for urine stains from pets, etc. This company will be my "go to" company in the future.

I have accent carpets in my master, den and living room that are over the wall to wall carpeting and my dining area a what accent carpet under my table.
1- The accent carpets were cleaned but not the carpeting underneath.
2- the white area carpet under my dining table did not clean well.
I will go back to my original cleaner I have used as they take the accent carpets, clean off site and bring them back ( the white carpet under my dining table was always perfectly clean).
I do have to say the gentleman that came was very courteous.
