Ease of appointment with follow up message and call prior to time of service, professional service of technician explains and goes over findings before and after service and explained other services company does such as clean tile floors. Your employee was on time and did a great job cleaning our dirty carpet.
When your technician performed the work, the carpets looked good. I had 2 rooms cleaned, and spent about $55 a room for deodorize, but a day later they smelled terrible!!!! It's almost like I need to bring in another carpet cleaning company to fix the smell you have let in my 2 rooms. It smells like wet Fritos!!!! Very disappointed in this job.
