Matthew forgot to clean one of my rooms. I left a voicemail at Zerorez yesterday. Nobody called me back. I’ve been using them for a decade.
We like that no soap or harsh chemicals are used. We get refills of the water and use that on any number of things. We do wish that not so much water was used on the carpets. It's been over 24 hours and they are still damp in some areas. Or perhaps the technician should spend more time extracting the water.
The person who cleaned the carpet was super nice and did a wonderful job.
Your prices are out of reach for the common consumer. Although you have a wonderful service which I can afford, there are other people who are not as fortunate as I am.
Lower your prices, and your business will improve. Thank you.

The product very good all of my tracking areas was clean and afterward u could see the heavy tracking area at all. The service was excellent Karly was very professional and nice explain the process very well. She even took the time to clean one of the heavy track area to show what it would look like after cleaning to see if I like it before she cleaned the whole area. She really did a very good job. My carpet looks new. Love it and I would recommend the company. Have already told several people about ZEROREZ.

The process of the cleaning the carpet was seamless due to the great friendly and professional tech Carly who was sent to our home on a Saturday. The carpet dried fast, had no chemical smell, and Carly completed the carpet cleaning to our great satisfaction.
We vacuumed the carpet the following day are the carpet is nice and fluffy, not crunchy or stiff at all, we recommend Zerorez and Carly to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.
Zerorez will only be our go to carpet cleaning company from here on out.
The window provided for our services was 10am-12pm. The crew was delayed from another job so didn’t arrive until 1:30pm. This caused us to have to cancel plans and ruined our day. A partial refund for our time and inconvenience would be appreciated.
