I used your services prior to paying my house on the market to sell. I had my realtors walk-through and they asked me if I didn’t get my carpet clean because it smells now. I’m gonna contact you. I’m not sure why now you’re such a bad odor to my carpet.

As I am sensitive to chemicals, fragrances, and scents, I like that your company doesn’t use chemicals. The citrus pre-treat is not at all offensive, and as explained, the scent quickly dissipated. Of all your technicians, Jeff provided excellent service. He was courteous, respectful, professional, thorough with explanations, and did a great job of cleaning my carpets.

Paul was very professional and explain the entire process. I was very pleased with the cleaning of my carpets.
Our tile floors are sparkling clean and the grout looks fantastic. Our carpet looks new again. Joshua, our ZeroRez technician was thorough and knowledgeable.
Places of carpet are crunchy/stiff despite “no chemicals” being used. The area mostly affected is the hallway. I am uncertain if the black light used to determine if animal urine/feces is present is the most accurate test to determine. Within an hour after carpet cleaner left a cat defecated in the same area of carpet that had been “tested”. I am familiar with cat urine and its potency. It cannot just be washed away with soap and water. I’ve used Dawn and Vinegar, Natures Miracle, Angry Orange and several other products that are said to be formulated for urine and feces.
You don't use soap or lease a residue.
Just had a whole house of tile and carpet cleaned. The associate did and GREAT job and was very attentive during our conversation.
