Price not what expected. $300 went to $500 very quickly.
Paid extra for protectant but unsure it was actually applied as carpet usually feels a little crunchy when dry but they weren't this time.
Tech smelled strong of cigarette smoke.
Although spotter was used, two spots could still be seen. I was able to use carpet CPR and they came up.

Scott, the tech, was very friendly and explained everything to me before he began. He also answered all my questions in a friendly and easy to understand fashion. I watched the process of the carpet cleaning as it was going on and I am satisfied that the service and techniques was high quality. Scott used a number of tools that I would not have access to.

The technician did an excellent job of cleaning the carpeting but left the carpeting too wet. Instead of drying in 6 hours it took about 2 days to completely dry. That’s with doors and windows open and ceiling fans on.

on time, friendly, didn't push product I didn't want, cleaned up water around carpet after done, my husband was taking a nap and he worked around that ha ha. He did a great job

The guy who came here was professional and nice. Sadly though now that my carpet is dry - spots are still there, an area looks like it wasn't even touched. I feel like the carpet looks better when I rent the silly machine from home depot and do it myself which is sad

They are quick and don’t leave any wet mess the tiled floors look good getting rid of dirty grout.
