I have been a customer with you for years and was always imprressed with your service. Not so much yesterday. There are terrible sticky spots all over my house tile making it look worse than before you arrived. I called customer service right away to tell them and had to reschedule (better be free) I have company comming for the holiday and half of my furniture is still in the garage and the rest is on beds, in closets or will end up again outside. Very disappointe in your service this time. I hope it gets better next week. BTW- I have witnesses as to the mess all over the house. What went wrong this time?!?!?!? First name removed
The tech called and asked if he could come early. The Tech reviewed the area and then outlined what he was going to do. Got right to work and completed the job quickly, but at the same time doing quality work. Once the carpets dried they looked so much better.

Surprisingly quick speedy service. Was nice that he came before the window (asked us first) and recommended services for certain rooms. Cleaner smelled amazing and I’m wanting it for my own personal use in my home cleaner.

When I had scheduled my appointment online I had scheduled for cleaning of 2 rooms and the hallway. This had been scheduled about4-6 weeks before the actual appt and I had not recalled the specifics of my request. When the technician arrived I showed her my living room and hallway and she did a great job but never made mention that I would be charged for a second room and I did not have her clean a second room. I feel like that should have been brought up at the appt that I had paid for two rooms but only had her clean one. I did speak with the company and was provided a credit. I realize I am partially to blame here as I did not recall what I had scheduled. Thank you.

The technician was amazing great job there. I would like to see the carpet grooming machine that fluffs up the carpet used first like some other companies do. If you combined that with the cleaning power of zerorez there would be no comparison. Without it though I have to say my carpets looked more refreshed with the other company, that used the carpet fluffer machine before cleaning.
