We have used your company for years and the last time we used you we had to call a technician back because of the unacceptable job he had done. The next technician did the normal wonderful job so we continued to use you and this time the carpet just didn’t seem as clean. There was no clean carpet lines at all, it’s only 3yr old carpet. I don’t know if enough pressure wasn’t applied or enough solution or you changed the solution that you use but the carpet definitely doesn’t seem as clean as $200 should get. Sorry 🥺
Bottom line, you always get my carpets cleaned and looking their best without chemicals. Your technicians are always helpful, friendly & professional.

My area rugs smell like wet towels and funky. It’s horrible!!
Not sure but it seems to work but hope they put the protection covering was done on all the rugs.
