Love that the product used is non toxic and not soapy. This creates cleaner carpet with no residue. Safe for pets also.

Timely, efficient and good explanations about product and service
Your technicians are always on time; they are polite and courteous; they explain everything; and they do a great job! The particular technician that came to our house did not use the blue booties on his boots and I had some but didn’t think about it until after he left. Also, he didn’t ask us about protectant and I also didn’t think about it until after he left. It’s my fault for not requesting the protectant but it would have been helpful if he asked whether we wanted it or not. Otherwise good job!
How clean the carpets are when finished. Very short drying time. Company is very easy to work with when scheduling or making changes.

Everyone i I talked with , were very friendly, including your technician Aaron, plus he did a very nice job cleaning my carpets and I thank him. The only drawback was , that I had called at 7:30 AM to see if I was first on the roster,, because I had to drive out from town to be at my house on time… so I arrived at 8 AM and at 8:45. I called your rep and was told that the tech was running behind and it would be 9:30-9:45 AM , and I told your rep that because my house was completely empty that I was going to the neighbors until the cat got there, and he said he would notify me 20 minutes before arrival ….. I once again called your rep at 9:45 to see how much longer I had to wait and that’s one they checked and the tech had been waiting out in front of my house for 30 minutes !!! needless to say, a waste of time for both of us, but it all ended up all right, I guess this is misunderstanding. Aaron is a fine young man, and a good worker. I will definitely recommend your service to others, as you were recommended to me from our neighbors. Thank you., Cathie Gibson.
The rugs didn’t come out as clean as I thought they would. You can still see heavy traffic areas.
Sean was on time and took extra effort to spot clean and add other areas with little or no extra charge. It's very satisfying to know the carpet is really clean.
Like that theres no chemicals! My carpet wasnt soaked and dried really fast! And it wasnt crunchy to walk on after it dried! My tile is getting cleaned next week! I cant wait!

We've used zero rez for many years and this time around, the carpet felt crunchy after cleaning and when we placed a dry towel to check the carpet for dryness, the towel was dirty indicating that the carpet was not clean.
