The tech was great. The job he did was amazing. This was the 3rd time our carpet has been cleaned, the first by this company and it was by far the best job. Their machine truly picked up lots of dirt. The carpet looks almost new! Next time we will have him do the grout and stone floors.
Set expectations for how long the service will take and the drying time. It was 12-24 hours for my home. It would be important to discuss the customer’s needs before the appointment to avoid upselling. Finally, ensure that your personal have the necessary equipment to do the job. He had to borrow my black light to detect the stains and ended up missing one I had pointed out initially.
Each time I use Zerorez I have been pleased. They are friendly on the phone as well as in person. They do a great job, clean up after themselves, and my house smells great! I would highly recommend them to any looking to clean their floors.

I like the fact that they come with everything they need and don't hook up to an outside faucet that may or may not produce clean water. Although I freaked a little when there were ripples a few hours after the technician left, of course they disappeared when it was dry.
