Our carpets look GREAT! We are completely satisfied with the result. However, the process left puddles of the water used on our tile and hardwood. As a result, today we have to clean those surfaces. A quick mop up/towel up should be done by the technician.

Casey & James were unobtrusive (as much as you can be with noisy equipment) and they focused on the task at hand and answered our questions. The zerorez did an amazing job on our unhoned, unsealed travertine flooring and did a great job on the carpets, too. We also felt the rate was fair/reasonable in comparison to other vendors.

Carpet cleaned up better than any other service we have used in the past
I called to ask about the service and was given a quote. I was told to just give my phone number when I'm ready to schedule my appt in the next few weeks and that price quote will be honored only to find out that it would not be honored. After I said I didn't want to use your company....then it was honored. Whatever chemical was on the hose from the Zerorez van to our house killed our grass. Now we have a single straight line of dead grass in in in our front yard. Finally the smell of the solution used to clean the carpet is so harsh that I had to leave the house immediately after because it caused me to sneez and get a headache.

A couple stains where not completely removed and I was charged additionally for my living room. The technician said it's because it's over 250sqft. When I talked to the person on the phone to make an appointment he said you're allowed 250sqft a room as part of your standard pricing. Well my 3 rooms do not equal 750sqft and one of the rooms they cleaned is very small. Technician said "that's not how it works, sorry" then he kept trying to sell me on the "protectant" when I had already expressed my frustration on the price. Every other company I've called do it by square footage. I got quotes from a couple other local companies and initially the quotes where the same. Since zerorez was recommended by a family member I decided to go with you, but after having my price jump up $46 bucks unexpectedly, I'm not sure if I would use you again. I have my kitchen tile and upstairs carpet I want cleaned next but I have to really think about using zerorez again. It's becoming harder and harder to find honest companies to rely on. I really don't want to get an estimate of $200 for upstairs and it suddenly be $300+ when the technician arrives.

I would have like to know when spot cleaning cat throw up stains that it is very likely they will not go away and will come back. the carpet looked good right after cleaning, but in the morning after it dried, all the stains came back through.... a little disappointing - and maybe deceptive.
