You tech was very upfront and honest about what I could expect. He warned me that your product may not be strong enough to remove the pet odor issue, and gave me a chance to change my mind. I'm glad I didnt.

I was very impressed with my carpet cleaning experience with Zerorez a couple years ago so I didn't hesitate to call your company again now. The tech's are always punctual, clean, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They are also not high pressure salesmen! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others. (I already have!)

Always arrives on time - sometimes even earlier which is a plus ! Very conscientious about their work and makes every effort to leave the carpets as clean as they can possibly be.

Since I have rarely used a carpet cleaning service the price was a bit of a shock, but I suppose as everything else goes up, so does carpet cleaning.
