The tech was more interested in selling us more services than really cleaning the carpets. Cleaning four bedrooms in 20 minutes doesn't seem right. We had to ask for it to be done a second time.
Your office called and told me the tech would arrive at 5:05 or 5:10. He did not arrive until 5:40.
My total bill ended up being $414 and for that I'd expect all the grout to be spotless. When I mentioned it the Tech said well sometimes we just can't get it clean. I expected greater attention for spending that much money and him only spending 45 min to do multiple things on my tile. Honestly my parents got a way better cleaning of their tile by another company for the same price. Next time I think I'll try somewhere else.

Had a tight schedule, Technician arried early, did a great job of cleaning our carpet. Explained what he was doing and why, did a great job. The carpet looks great, and we will be sure to call when we next need the carpet cleaned.

Professional looking serviceman. Knew his product and his job. Told me what he was going to do and he did it. I am totally amazed how wonderful my carpets look. I am so happy.
Residue free cleaning
They kept me informed of the approximate time they would be there and showed up right on time. Did an excellent job of cleaning. C.J. was very thorough.

Great service, nice and clean, safe for kids and pets
My carpets are very clean and not crunchy. Zerorez shows up on time. Employees are professional and explain the services completely. They discuss upfront about what stains can be removed and which ones may not.
No soap left in the carpet
The level of friendliness and professionalism from the managers in the office to the tech who came out, impressed me greatly. Plus my house looks great!

I called and spoke to Charles at the Phoenix location immediately after Kevin the technician drove off on 11/14/14. I feel that call should have generated a call back from management, but it did not. Since this format will not be long enough to complete what needs to be told, or allow me to attach the pictures, I will email the Phoenix. Last I had my carpet cleaned through Zerorez, I was able to post great feedback on FB. This time, I cannot. I'm hoping it was the technicians inadequacies, that I'm rating it a "5", but we will see if I ever hear back from anyone. Kevin, the technician must need to be trained. He spoke in an arrogant way, then he wanted to sell me additional services for sanitizing/deodorizing, when I agreed only to a portion of it, he told me my carpet was not worth it and he would not do the service. When he came in he said it would take 1.5 hr to clean, then he cleaned it, and the time was less than an hour from drive up to drive off time. He did none of the preventative, such as putting bumpers up in the house to protect walls, or keeping the hose clean when dragged from yard to house. I have pics. As he cleaned my living room he spoke horribly about an earlier appointment that day in Surprise that he refused to do, boasting that her carpet was not worth it, and said the customer got mad. Prior to his starting to clean, I asked if he would like to turn on the overhead lighting in the living room and he said no he could see. There were stains left on my carpet after it dried. His attitude is less than professional. The difference between him and the last technician that was at my house is as different as night and day. Charles stated when I called the office that Zerorez would take care of me. So...what are they going to do?
The technicians are always very polite and thorough. They make sure you are satisfied before they leave.
Price and missed a couple of spot
Your technician, Kevin, was very nice and amiable. He cleaned the family room to show us how it would be for the rest of the house. There were several carpet "paths" and they needed special attention. We weren't happy with the results but gave him the go ahead for the rest of the house. We still aren't happy overall as we feel your process is overrated and does not clean carpet like we have been used to in the past. We are now going to contact another firm to see if they can help us with the "paths". Name removed
