What do you like about our products and services?

Carpets and furniture look really clean and there is a noticable difference. The staff is very friendly and professional.

What could we do to improve?

I love the service but it is definitely a bit on the pricey side! $500 to clean and protect 6 rooms of carpet is a bit much. There is too much of the carpet that doesn't get clean when it is a bedroom being cleaned. I think charging by square footage would be a better way to go.
