I ordered this service for my mom's house and it looks awesome! I missed the call from Stacy and I appreciated her finding a way to reach my mom's caregiver the day of the service. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

You were on time. You verified quote at the beginning. Service person was friendly. Only disappointment was it took way longer then 8 hours for carpet to dry in some areas that did not have fans.
The floors were still dirty after the process. Once they dried, I checked them out and assumed the tile must be stained, but a quick wipe with a wet cloth caused the spot to come right up. I am not sure why the process did not at least clean the tile. The process also did nothing to clean the grout, but the representative gave me advance notice that it may not. I basically paid $280+ for a quick "mop job" that missed numerous spots on the tile. I have pictures, if that helps.

I appreciated the professionalism that was provided. He wanted to make sure that I was thoroughly happy with each room and let me know that it was no problem to go back over parts Just because I was excited to finally have my carpets cleaned, I did have him do double time on heavy traffic areas and he did it with a smile. He was also able to explain the process of how it cleans without chemicals. He was working so hard that he was sweating! That's awesome. :)
Technician did great job. Got out a large red stain that I didn't think could be done.
I really like that they aren't chemicals. The that cleaned are furniture was great!
The product itself is great and so are the people who come to clean the carpets. they are friendly and very courteous. We have used Zerorez for years and have already recommend you to our family members. Our son uses Zerorez regularly.

The gentleman which serviced my home was very professional and knowledgeable. A majority of the marks came out of my carpets. One thing I was disappointed about is your company stresses no residue and less dry time. My carpets were still wet the following morning and when dry, they were stiff and crunchy feeling.
The carpets look awesome and the tech was very friendly and professional. This is the second time we used Zerorez and would and do recommend to friends.

Ted was very professional and likeable. I appreciated that you used corner protectors to prevent hose damage - the carpets looked good and dried fast.
Was able to get my rooms cleaned right away. Scheduling was fast and easy and she worked with me to get me in as soon as possible. Tyrone Winston was very polite and business like and did a great job.
Service technician was very friendly prompt explained things well. However, we had a substantial amount of grout and carpet cleaned the carpet turned out good but we are somewhat disappointed with the grout cleaning. This coupled with the price is what earned the feedback score.

I booked to have windows done. It was not told to me before you came that you do not do windows. I was told by the last fellow that did the. Arrest said you did windows. So why did the lady that booked me tell me you don't do windows
I had the Technicians clean a 8x10 area rug in addition to the great room. While they told me the cost up front, I thought that the cost of $94 for a rug smaller than the great room which was $46.00 was very high. Also, when the technicians left, I was concerned that our large overhead fan had stopped working during the time that they were working. I later learned on Monday that they had plugged in their fan to the wall and tripped our circuit breaker which caused the fan to stop working. Also, one of the Technicians stayed behind after my payment and started talking about his daughter and sending her money and it felt like he was waiting to see if I was going to provide him a gratuity for his services. The situation was just a bit odd and uncomfortable. I thought that they end results were ok however, the overall cost was more expensive and the carpet and sofa did not seem quite as clean as when the carpet service that I have used for the past 8 years completed the same work. This carpet cleaner is part of the Carpet Retailer that we purchased the carpet from in 2006. They are a large and reputable carpet retailer in the Valley.

We used your services for a move out on a rental property. Trey was honest with his assessment of the price and even helped to save me money with his honest opinion. (Why pay the same cost of the cheap area rug to clean it when I can buy a new one?) We had lived there 4 years and have three kids, two dogs and two cats as well as numerous relatives in and out for extended stays. During that time, we had never had the carpets or the tile/grout professionally cleaned. In fact, it wasn't even done before we moved in so who knows how long it had been done. When Trey (Wolfman) was done, the place looked practically brand new! After Trey was all done, the property manager said it was the cleanest he had a rental property returned to him ever.
We also got a water kit which I took over to my newly built home. I have used the spray so much I have already gone through half the bottle in only a week! The product is amazing and non-toxic for my kids and pets. I will definitely be calling Zerorez to come clean my new home when it is time for that - but now in four year, more like 6-8 months!
