The technician explained what and how he would go about things and how much it would cost, right at the outset. He was very competent and the product produced as advertised. I have used Zerorez several times and have always been very satisfied. I have also recommended the company to friends and relatives.
After listening to countless radio testimonials, I expected that my carpets would look much newer. My carpets did not look newer after drying. High traffic areas of the carpet just looked like the dirt was smeared and smudged. I feel that I could have paid a lot less at another carpet cleaning company, with these zerorez results. The carpet is 17 years old in our rented home. Zero rep made it not only clean and smell good, but when it dried, it was soft! Not stiff and scratchy like the other cleaners seem to leave. I now don't have a problem letting my baby granddaughter play on the floor!

The method you use in my opinion is by far the best on the market.
Tech didn't know how to operate the equipment burned himself.
Had to call a second time to find out that the room smell came from something that wasn't noticed before. Was charged for the second tech to come out.

I received a call saying the technician would be there in 20-30 minutes. He was there with-in 15 minutes and started setting up his service van while I unlocked the house. He was very courteous, professional and extremely efficient in getting the job performed quickly. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the service he performed (which was "Outstanding" by the way) and even offered me the use of a quick mop (instead of the broom I was using to clean my hardwood floors) while he was preparing my invoice! Excellent Service!!!

Six or seven years ago we were told our carpets were so old and worn they could no longer be cleaned to look decent. Well hello, we switched to Zerorez and are still living with the same carpeting. Yes, new carpeting would look better, but Zerorez has made all the difference. In addition, each time the person coming out to do the cleaning has been knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. Very willing to work with us on problem areas. This last time the technician even refilled my 2.5 gallon container with Zerorez water for multi purpose cleaning. Love that stuff. Makes window cleaning especially easy. Thank you for doing such a good job.

I already called and talked to your customer relation person. Our carpet cleaning was not done very well. The walkway in the bedroom looked terrible. Stain in bedroom didn't get cleaned. I appeared little effort was made to do a good job.
