I have carpeted stairs that looked horrible; my technician got them so clean they look like new. I have rescue parrots so I am really concerned about chemicals and fumes, I was extremely pleased with the products because there was not a ton of chemical used so I didn't feel worried about the fumes. I look forward to using Zerorez in the future for both carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning. I am sooooooo happy with my floors!
Just the way you conduct business with e-mail's etc. The way your servicemen work and connect with we the people and the work that is done. Also that the carpet does dry fast and I really do appreciate that.

We had Zerorez clean our carpet in 2013. It was not the best job but we blamed it on the tarry blacktop in our park. But Wednesday this week Nafe came to clean and he used a machine they did not use before that had brushes on it. And he really worked on the bad areas. We can not stop saying how much better the carpet looks and what a better job it is this time compared to 2013. We will ONLY have Zerorez if they will use that machine again....and I hope Nafe is around then too. He did a great job.

Crazy fast response. 30 minutes. I know that this is available all the time but you were there for me in 30 minutes. Extremely professional, very reasonable. and stains that I never thought in a million years would come out came out. The technician also did my eat in kitchen dining room chairs. Another business was in my home last year 4 days before my daughters graduation party. The tech spilled melted scented wax all over my chairs. Promising to come back and clean them prior to the party. He never came, he never called, and because of the condition of the upholstery I was convinced that I would have to reupholster each chair. I got out all I could. Zerorez got all of the melted oily wax out of my chairs and they look like new. I also love that pre-treatment for non biological stains is included in the cost. Thank you so much! My house looks like new and I couldn't be happier.

The person that cleaned the carpet, I believe his name was Kevin, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job of explaining my options and the carpet looked wonderful considering it was over 15years old.
We have used Zerorez twice now and like the fact that our carpets look so clean afterwards, including some heavily soiled areas. We also appreciated the courteous, friendly technicians.
