My carpet was very nasty and lots of dark stains a very difficult job to do.the technician was very professional and did a miracle job.even after it dried the carpet looked fantastic.an absolute miracle job I also like that when the carpet dried there wasn't that hard crunchy feeling that you get with all the other carpet cleaners.i would recommended zerorez to anybody, thank you so very much.todd
My carpets look great. Paint splatters came out beautifully. Respectful professional service paying special attention to wipe up wood floors.

I liked your Technician Gary Loth...he was very professional and explained your services in words that I could understand!! The carpets were noticeably different!!
Our only "concern" is that we opted for the treatment to help with the pet urine, and it seems each day it smells stronger. We have vacuumed as Gary said - but I believe we will
need to make another appointment to have the carpets done "one more time" to resolve our
pet problem!! We already referred a friend - Melodie Kelley - and she loves how her carpets

My service man was outstanding. He did a great job. U should have a referral system where a customer could earn money towards their next service.
When I made the appointment I was told I would be scheduled between 10AM and Noon and someone would call me 2 days before and 2 hours before. I never got these phone calls and when I call the morning of the appointment I found out my phone number was recorded incorrectly and that my appointment was changed until 4PM and 6PM. I took the day off from work, so this made me a bit upset. I got a call that the technician was arriving, the call was 20 minutes before he was going to arrive, which turned out to be 6PM. I could tell the technician was rushed.
Carpet always looks so clean without any odors.
I loved how great my carpets looked. With a small dog, I don't always catch his pee spots and the technician was able to get them ALL out. AMAZING!

Floors did not come out how I expected. There are some type of soap stains now all over my couch. I took pictures and sent them in. I would like the cost of my couch refunded as I now have to get the marks out.

I own a little café that serves around 250 people a day. The carpet gets a lot of abuse! No matter how dirty it may be, it looks like new when Zerorez leaves. And ...it really does stay cleaner longer!

We have used Zerorez to clean our tile grout. You do an excellent job; but I believe you are very expensive.
