I am happy with the tile service that I Recieved this week and the carpet cleaning from a few months ago but I was surprised that the tile cleaning was so much more expensive than the carpet cleaning with less square feet of tile than carpet.

The ending inspection was not done well. The equipment was put away before the tech made sure that everything was clean. I had to point out things that still needed to be cleaned or touched up.

He was by far the best carpet cleaning technician that has ever cleaned my carpets. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He is definitely a person that I would want working for me.

Carpet cleaning was great. First name removed, your technician was great . Tile cleaning was okay, grout cleaning was not. Previously I hand clean a small section of grout myself and results on a very dirty area wee better. I hired you expecting cleaner grout, disappointed.

The Technician Kieth was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and I would highly recommend and request him again!!

I like NO SOAP. I like to use the extra water for spot removal. Have had excellent service. I have also had my tile done and am satisfied with that.

The citrus smell is great, and the non suds or chemicals in the cleaning product is the seller to me.
The gentleman that came to the home was polite and made sure I knew about the company and products even while I was half listening. I've used this company couple years ago to clean my carpet, back then i was pleased about the way it came clean as I am now. I will be using this company as long as your around to clean my carpet. My carpets always look clean and fresh and they dry quickly after being clean. The technicians that have come to our home have been efficient, friendly and have had a very neat appearance.
