No chemicals, carpet always looks great.
I wish the employee would have come told me my couch had ripped while it was being cleaned. I know it wasn't his fault, but the customer should be notified. Other than that I was happy with the work performed.
liked the service tech. did a good job
Service rep is very professional and helpful.
The service people are always nice and clean in their appearance. The job is done timely and never a mess for me to clean up.
The technician was very friendly and accommodating. He did a great job cleaning. The carpet looked so much better when he was done and I like the fact that there were no chemicals used.
The quality of the product used, how the whole processed is explained upon arrival and the excellent outcome of truly clean floors without any residue left behind.
On time, fast efficient, effective. Our carpets are getting older and yet they came clean- looking great!
Easy to work with.
There was a time scheduled and followed. The technician was thoroughly but efficient.
The carpets were soft afterwards, in addition to clean. The tile looks great.
It's clean leaves no soap in the carpet. The technicians are nice and polite. They do wonderful work!
Customer service didn't give very accurate information over the phone and didn't take my name or address down correctly so they had a hard time finding my location.
The tile cleaning was very effective
Reese did an outstanding job! He was incredibly courteous and very thorough!! He went above and beyond by using a wire brush on our grout- the tile looks brand new! I'd had it cleaned by a different cleaning company and it looked half clean- Reese obviously took way more care and consideration than the other company did. Thank you!!! Definitely a ZeroRez customer for life!
The technician was very nice and efficient.
The results were fantastic and Kevin was very mice and personable
I loved how soft and clean the carpet turned out.
Timely and it works!
You were early and I can't be happier about that. 2 hour windows usually are never met and you were prompt, professional and efficient. Thank you!

I kinda feel like the first time I used Zero Rez I got better results. There are definitely still some areas that should be cleaner in my opinion.
