No chemicals
Carpet looks almost new again.
Everything bright and clean. The man who cleaned the rugs was prompt and very pleasant.
Service is prompt, complete, and worth the cost. Your service people are always professional and courteous. I have used Zerorez multiple times and have never been disappointed. My last tech, Dillon, was top-notch and went out of his way to ensure a job well done. There should be no other option for anyone who wants their floors done to the utmost satisfaction.
The pricing is an issue, and how the room size is determined.
If we are paying for a room that is 300sqft, but has a queen bed, dressers and chest, that takes away significant carpet area, and should not be an upcharge to a 2nd room. As the carpet under these furniture items is not being cleaned.
Please note, this is not a complaint against Mike the Service Tech; he did a very good job explaining everything and the quality of work he performed was very good.
If I were to recommend Zerorez I would do so with a caveat that about the pricing guidelines.
Our technician DAVID went above and beyond what was requested! We had just a few spots and David without being asked simply redid the entire carpet! While the carpets looked great and were clean, and the technician was prompt and polite, our carpet seemed very stiff and "crunchy" after they dried following the cleaning. We specifically chose your company as it advertised itself as being "zero residue" - which seems ironic as I can only assume the crunchiness is due to left behind soap or residue? Unfortunately, we had guests arriving to stay in our home the day following the carpet cleaning, so asking to have this resolved was impractical, but for a carpet cleaning that cost considerably more than what I've paid for past cleanings with other companies, I was disappointed in the final result.
Lots of areas not cleaned only traffic areas. We gave the guy $240.00 cash was supposed to bring back the change.
They were professional, and importantly respected our time to narrow down the arrival window. As well as giving me a15 minute phone call, and actually showed up during that window.
