The technitian who did the job used too much water, damaged area rug, walboard and counter.
It appears you are a well run company and you care about the customer. Your ontime and I like the 2 hour window and the phone call when the service truck is on the way. The products seems to work well and it will be interesting to see if I can keep my floors cleans with you water product. I had you come out a second time and I was very satisfied with the results. It obviously need 2nd dose.

The company did not, in fact, stand behind their work and clean up after themselves. I was very disappointed and will tell everyone I know not to use Zerorez, including many in the real estate business. Talk is nothing - actions speak much louder than words when it come to customer service.
