I must say though, the carpet in the living room right in front of the couch and out to the hall aren't as clean as I hoped.
I haven't even worn shoes in the house because I don't want to dirty the carpet. You can still see in front of the couch especially, it isn't clean, I don't think.

My tile looks brand new.
I did not see any difference in how clean my carpet got compared to doing it my self with the rugdoctor. At $143 I thought it would look a whole lot better and the stains in my carpet removed. At lease I know I can do it myself and have the same results.
My carpets handle a lot of foot traffic and zerorez gets them cleaner than other carpet services
Very professional. Loved the tile cleaning. Disappointed that the red wine stain didn't come out of the carpet especially since the commercial on 94.5 specifically references red wine stains.
The carpets are very clean and they were dry within 6 hours. And the wool area rugs look better, smell better and are soft to walk on.
My carpet is cleaner, and stays cleaner longer.
Kieth was very nice. He let me know what was going on. I also loved how all the corners were protected. Another great thing is that they didn't need to use my water or light. This was awesome since I had just moved in.

The guys you sent were great and they did a great job in the floor but they left a big mess on my freshly painted walls and stainless freezer doors. I now have hand prints all over my walls doors and the freezer doors look terrible.
I was quoted 129.00 and it turned out to be 167.00. I was charged for a short hallway and last year, i wasn't charged for the hallway. He just cleaned it anyway. I thought that was pretty nice.

Zerorez has been great to work with. The guy who came out to my house, CJ, is an invaluable employee who needs a raise asap. We were able to talk about anything, he was very personable, and even helped me with some yard work before he left. Not to mention, I forgot to bring some water while I was working so he provided me with one of his bottles too. The carpet cleaning was done very well, and was nothing more than exceptional. CJ got all the stains up with the exception of 2 red and orange stains, which are now nothing more than a slight hue on the carpet. He also assessed my tile floors and informed me that some maybe hollow underneath. All great stuff. If everyone zerorez employee carries himself in the way CJ did, you guys are gonna go far. Thanks again zerorez, I'm going to recommend you to everyone.
Whatever you use to clean carpets, it works! Our tech was very friendly and professional.
We had a cat who had peed on the floor in several spots and the closet of our upstairs bedroom. We paid for the extra enzyme treatment and for the stain removal service. We were also warned that the smell will never be able to be removed without replacing the carpet and padding and treating the wood floor before. Due to the smell remaining and the stains still showing, the room doesn't feel clean. Plus, before having the carpet cleaned, I used a pink piece of chalk and circled some areas on the carpet that I wanted treated. The pink chalk lines are still in the closet, not the rest of the room - which makes me wonder if the closet was cleaned. The 2 downstairs rooms do appear and feel clean and the chalk marks I purposely made have completely washed away.
The carpet was pretty old, but the 2 men that came out about 1 1/2 years ago got the carpet spotless. I guess I was expecting the same thing. The traffic areas didn't come out hardly at all like the first time.
Our rugs are almost ten years old and we have a spaniel. Put the two together and you have some terrible spots and dirty high traffic areas. Zerorez left our rugs looking brand new! We were amazed! In addition the staff was excellent. He was friendly and efficient.
