Tech was very thorough and NO chemicals, is very important to me.
It actually worked & my carpet looks great.
I loved that the technician was on time and actually received a call asking if I'd like them to come a little earlier even. Of course the price was great and it didn't take very long for the carpets to be clean. The technician was also very knowledgeable and friendly.
