Offer client a free follow up visit after grout is completely dry to see if there are areas that still look dirty that may have just been missed. Can't tell where they are until the grout dries completely. I was very pleased with our technician, Tyrone. He is very professional and worked steadily the entire time.

Zerorez cleans my old cheap carpet better than any other company or I can do myself. They clean and sanitize my carpets without the use of chemicals. This is especially important since I have been diagnosed with a couple auto-immune diseases and am trying to reduce all toxins that I come into contact with on a daily basis. The carpets look clean, feel clean, and stay clean much longer with Zerorez. I would never, ever use anyone else.

Pretty much everything! Service: The technician set the stage for a grand performance; Great personality, intelligent, personable, and highly knowledgeable about your products. Products: We have two cat, it removed dirt, "pet oil" & pet accidents, and everything else than ended up on the floors in the last 5 years. Both the carpet and tiles look new again and the carpet area we were concerned about smells a 100 times better.
No odor and quick dry time! Carpet felt soft not stiff or dry.
Mike was on time, explained everything, and followed my wishes. The carpets did dry quickly.
I am hopeful that what was promised about no residue should keep the rug cleaner longer is true. The tech that was here was a super nice guy. He even played with our new puppy for a few minutes.
