Maybe nothing. I was going more of the urine smell would be distracted with the special water but it didn't work. However your tech warned us that this could happen and I understand .

so glad that when i called to have my grout cleaned, the technician mentioned that he could seal my grout as well, saving me the time and hastle of doing it. appreciated it so much.
Honest, straight forward, kind and professional. Carpets looked practically brand new again! Tech took his time to answer all my questions/concerns and expectations and was honest with each answer. They were there to serve and not rip me off by selling me a serves that would not fit my needs.

Tile floor looks wonderful! Technicians were very professional and courteous. However, I paid $40 extra for the pet odor remover and the smell is worse than it was before. I know the dog did not urinate in the room after because we blocked the door and did not let him in while still allowing air flow to dry it. It was my guest bedroom and we had guests coming which is why I wanted it done. They had to leave door open with fan on so they wouldn't smell the odor.
We were very pleased with our serviceman. He was friendly courteous and prompt. As he finished each room he asked it it looked OK and touched up any spot I pointed out. There was no hard sell for additional services.
When I made the appointment I didn't think it would help, as it didn't when I had them cleaned before by someone else. As soon as the tech started you could see instant success. I was at the point that I would be spending my weekend ripping out carpet, instead it's soft and white again. Made the wife happy, which makes a happy life lol. Thank you for saving my carpets!!
You quoted me one price over the phone and when the tech got there he quoted me a different price. The job was sub-par to say the least. I have had Stanley Carpet Cleaners do my carpet before and they did a better job. The carpets were cleaner with them then with your product. Sorry, just telling you the truth.

They are not chemicals
The results are great and the cost is reasonable for the work accomplished.
The carpet never looked better. We were amazed with the results. We had a huge spot in out family room and thought we would have to replace the carpet, but zerorez got the stain out! Our stairs were bad too and they did their best to make them look better. They were fast and curtious.
Quick and efficient; quick drying.
We had severe discoloration on our new carpet due to the adhesive on pads underneath the area rugs intended to protect our carpeting. Zerorez removed the discoloration and cleaned the entire carpet. It now looks like it did the day it was installed thanks to Zerorez.
