I love there are no toxic chemicals used or residues left behind. I am very health conscious and this is another way to make a healthy choice. I get excellent service and each technician has been very friendly and detail oriented. I even loved when the big hose was coming through the front door the technician closed the front door as far as he could because the A/C was running in the house. Thank you Zerorez for being one of my trusted companies.

Friendly staff, excellent results, no chemical smell, quick drying. Very satisfied with the service and result. I'd definitely recommend to a friend... only problem is it's not that often that I'm asked for carpet/upholstery cleaning recommendations. But if I hear of someone in need, I'll certainly recommend Zerorez.

No hard chemicals. I have a disabled son that is on the rug a lot. It was good to know your product wouldn't hurt him.

It wasn't done properly the 1st time around but the last time you came out I was happier. I'm just not sure the actual product works as well as the other cleaners out there. Spots stayed in where a regular clean would have gotten it out typically
