The carpet feels soft and fluffy, not stiff like other cleaners. The product and method lifted the pile so the carpet looks new again, even in the major trafficking areas. People who come visit us love the look of the carpet. Some ask if we got new carpet. Yes, we would definitely use Zerorez again and again.

I was told that my grout could be cleaned but when he demonstrated it it was not cleaned and the only way it could be cleaned was to take the shine away and make the tile dull so I paid 120 to have one room of carpet cleaned not happy the carpet is cleaned but it should be at that price

The process of setting the appointment was very easy and I like that we were given a small window of time for the day of the appointment. The technician was friendly and worked quickly.
The main reason I like Zerorez is that you don't use soap. Technician was able to remove ink
from carpet. I really did not expect the results we had. He was very professional and personable.
Technician explained pet odor process and additional fees. Carpet dried faster then expected.
