Zak, my technician quoted $80 to do a ancillary rug. When I called for the receipt in the morning I noticed I was charged $90 NOT $80 as quoted. Also I gave the technician my name and email address. Someone sent the receipt to my landlord because the above information was not passed on. These two things brought down my rating. The job was done very well. Zak was polite, prompt, and explained some things to me about stains and carpet cleaning. I would like to see my credit card credited the $10 difference. Just like the name suggests, "no residue". I like the cleanliness of the carpet and tile floors, and they stay looking clean much longer. I also like the technicians you send out. They are always polite and professional.

My carpet looked pood. My carpet is old and the cleaning really freshen it up. I will have zeroez clean it again.
The technician was very polite and efficient. I would definitely use your services again. The only negative I can say is he didn't clean behind the doors in the bedrooms, so there was an obvious difference between what was cleaned and what was not. Otherwise, he did a great job. The carpets look really nice!

Efficiency, punctuality, cordiality and honesty
I only had tile in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms cleaned plus an area rug and cloth on DR chairs. Casey, our tech, showed me "differences" in how the tile looked while he was cleaning it. Quite a surprising "difference" it was too! The area rug and the chairs are 18 years old but still turned out looking great. Casey was friendly and informative. Yes, I would recommend Zerorez!
I did not receive a phone call 15 minutes before the tech showed up. The tech that showed up, however, was outstanding.
Your dependability; first in scheduling the appointment and subsequent follow up. My technician was terrific; most honest and up front. My mother's carpet is old to say the least and in very sad condition. The technician was clear in his communication that stains would not clean up, which of course, they did not. However, the job this guy did in working to make the house a thousand times cleaner than what it was is SO MUCH APPRECIATED. He did the best he could, which is more than I could have hoped for. Love you guys!! Also...I like your take on voice mail message; most upbeat, unique, and keeps the listener enteratined rather that the rote crap of other company voice mails.
