This was the first time we used your company and were very satisfied with customer service and the tech's that came out to clean the carpets.
We have used other carpet cleaning companies and were not really satisfied. We could see immediate results when the tech cleaned a portion of the carpet. We will use Zerorez again for our carpet needs.

The last technician did not try hard enough to remove one of the carpet stains. He made an assumption about what the stain was without consulting me. And when I told him what he was, he still said the "carpet was damaged" and there was nothing he could do.
We really liked the fact that the cleaning solution was natural, not chemical. We also liked the results. Also, Dylan made a difficult situation work!!! Thanks so much.

Carpet looks GREAT. Thought I was going to have to replace it when I moved the furniture out but Jeff did an awesome job. He took his time and really got it perfect. I am blown away. I like the fact that there are no chemicals and harsh soaps. My carpet is clean and there is no smell. Keith was great! He answered my questions, took care of my house, wore booties, protected the corners of the wall, etc. I also bought the cleaner to use in my house. Recommended it to my house cleaners as well.
Those old annoying stains disappeared before my eyes! Not to mention how quick their service was. I'm completely satisfied.

Abel was very respectful and an awesome worker. He is an asset to your company. He explained everything to us and had the job done in less than an hour. Our carpets were filthy in our rental home. The streets were repaved and the street ended up on our carpets. Once they were cleaned they looked better than they did when we rented the house 4 years ago. I love the fact there are no harsh chemicals used. I have already recommended your company to my friends and family. I will also be calling to set up an appointment to have the carpets in our new home we moved into last week. Please give Abel a huge pat on the back. My technician was late by an hour. At first I recived the wrong invoice and had to call to get it changed. Then he never called to say where he was or if he was His way or not. Then when he got here he told me that his fone got stolen and they why he couldn't call. But then when he was done he pulled out a phone to call my card in on which his kids and wife where the wall paper. But other than that he was professional and took his te with all the pet spots we had in the house.
