The carpets looked amazing and having an extremely sensitive nose, I was overjoyed that the only thing I noticed was I couldn't smell the dirty carpets any longer - no nasty chemical or worse yet, "perfumey" smells that usually plague me after carpet cleaning.

I will definitely use Zerorez again and I won't wait so long next time!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The hose that that is attached to the detergent canister rubbed on the entry way to the bedroom leaving black marks on the edge of the drywall. The assistant should have been alert as to the hose rubbing.

When the cleaning solution used on the carpet was mopped up off the adjacent tile, the result was a tacky feel to the tile when everything dried. Used 409 on the tile and the tackiness disappeared.

$1.50 a square foot to clean an area rug 6x4 ($36.00) was a bit rich. If it had been 6 x5 it would have been more than the cost to do a 250 square foot room!

I think my only disappointment has been the return of stains a few days after the initial clean. I love the tech that came out! He always works hard and gets the job done. I know this job wasn't particularly easy

I personally wasn't home when our tile & grout and carpets were cleaned but the difference I saw in the grout alone after getting home is enough to recommend the company alone. Excellent job. Our light colored grout looks like new again!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I used Zeroes a year ago and was extremely satisfied. I had them.clean my mattress. Before they came it was stained and dirty. Once they were done it was like new. This time I hired zero rez to do my mattress... The guy was here for 30 minutes and did my couches and mattress. My mattress looks exactly the same as before he came.and said I just need a new mattress. He didn't really spend a lot of time on it. Then he did my couches which looked.pretty.good but there were a couple of spots of food for instance a pudding stain from my kids that was there before he cleaned my.couches is still there. I feel like if he wasn't rushing through the job so much the quality of cleaning would have turned out much better especially for the amount of money paid to have then cleaned.
