CJ was very thorough and I'm very satisfied with his work. He got ALL stains COMPLETELY out of high traffic areas, and got paint out of the couch. My only problem is the moron who double scheduled him between 1 and 3. As a result, CJ wasnt able to show up until 3:30 which screwed up other plans I had for the afternoon and evening.

no smell The technician got stains out i never thought he could. Wine, grease and coffee, however as it dried some of the wine and coffee came back.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpets are fine except for the room with the pet odor. It smells as bad as it did before it was cleaned. I know I didn't have him do the deep clean on every single spot but it did have 4 major ones treated that way. I also know there aren't any guarantees with it but it is disappointing. Otherwise, the service was great and I'm satisfied. First name removed

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet was specially treated after we had mentioned the cat urine. I called this morning saying that the rooms still smelled of urine and I needed a callback to the house to redo the treatment. What was told to me that it was not guaranteed and I would have to first have a consult with your company. This was impossible due to my tenant just moving in and the house needed to be in movable condition today. I had to call another company that would be able to complete the cleaning today. After spending $ 266 I am very disappointed in your service and would not use or recommend your company.
