The technician was professional and courteous. Didn't see a real significant change in my carpets after cleaning.

I am amazed at how good my carpets look!! Trey was polite, professional and very knowledgeable! Living in a rental home I always felt like I needed to wear shoes or socks and my carpets were disgusting, now they look clean and beautiful I no longer feel like I have to wear shoes or socks around the house!

I have mixed feelings now because I was completely blown away with the level of cleanliness of the carpets last year. However,this year I wasn't as impressed at all. The carpets just weren't as clean this year compared with last year. I guess it comes down to the tech. Last year the tech seemed to take longer on less work. This year the tech went super fast and didn't get the carpets half as clean.I would recommend more consistincy in how the techs approach each job especially since the tools that they work with are all the same.
Clean with heavy chemicals or soap, how fast drying it is, no odor. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional service people both in the office and at the home.
