I like the minimal use of chemicals used in cleaning the carpets.

There was splatter (from the tile sealant?) all over my bathroom vanity, from floor level up to sink height. it was a bit hard to get off after it had hardened there. Also the grout was not all that clean around the toilets.

The carpets were terrific...the tile was not so good...in the kitchen there were a couple areas that were missed and also after it dried there was dried spots everywhere like the dirty water had all not been vacumned up..We will have to wash all our floors to pick it up. He swiffered some in places but there were too many...First name removed and Carol Your tech was very friendly...
I like it is all natural products instead of cleaning products.
Quality - no toxic chemicals - cleaning ability
The tech did not adequately inform of how the process would address bio stains. I was to understand that the carpet would look clean after the topical application and it did not work on the problem at all.
spoke to customer, explained to him both of the biological options that we offer and what they do, he was upset that it wasnt explained better at time of service. Offered to go back out and go over again. declined so I offered a service credit. $60 advised if he changes mind within 30 day to call me back to go back out as courtesy service.

About 4 spots came back up after a few days
for the price, my carpet was still wet for 9+ hours, and probably had a mom and pop shop do it for less and have the same results.
Well first your employees are AMAZING!!!! The customer service would make me want to use Zerorez again even if the carpets didnt look as good as they do. I believe its been over 6+ years since the carpets have been done. To be honest i forgot what color they were supposed to be. But my mom is coming into town and i wanted them to be cleaned up so I gave you folks a call and i'm so glad i did. Thank you so much for my freshly cleaned carpets they look soooooo much better!

they got me an appt. quickly and they called when they were on the way and as they did the cleaning they would periodically as me how my couches and carpet looked. my carpet is stain free and no crunchy carpet as it dried :)

You quoted us a price and since we were not there you took it upon yourselves to add extras and making me pay 180% of the quoted price. Instead of calling us to get approval for the extra work you took the word of the real estate agent who does not live there or pay the bill. When I called to question the price you told me "Too Bad" I will never recommend or use your services ever again and I will tell everyone what a bunch of lying thieves your company is. You want to "make it right" reimburse us $160.00 but it will be easier to get my dog a drivers license than zerorez admitting they are wrong and reimbursing us what they ripped us off for.
Your tech was clean and professional. He also worked hard to clean the couch in my home and my carpets. Everything came out great!
Well you did..After recommending Zero to my son to have his carpets done at his home your job was horrible and I had no intention of returning to you..But my husband unknown to me made this appt again at our home and the results are great and we are very pleased. Pleased enough for us but still unsure to recommend again but we will see.Great job
It was easy to get an appointment and Zerorez was on time. However, in the master bedroom, the carpet was still damp 24 hours later. We were told it would be dry in 4-6 hours. That was true for the family room - but certainly not for the bedroom. Had to put towels down in order to walk to the bed that night. Time will tell whether the carpet will not show soil for a longer period of time than other carpet cleaners.
Price…is costly! Everything else was great!
