Setting up the appointment was easy and your staff was very friendly. When the day of service arrived your technician was right on time. He was knowledgeable of your process and was able to explain it in simple language. In short, my favorite part was the experience its self.

That they are chemical free. However, the grout seal smelled toxic.
Almost everything came clean. Just a few spots of grout did not clean up.
