Gouged me for forty dollars for a small hallway. I didn't move the three beds and a very large secitional couch, had them work around them. They were probably twice the square footage of the hallway. My technician was AMAZING! Went above and beyond to explain and show me the problem spots on my carpet. One spot was so embarrassing and horrific his eyes were watering and he got dizzy, but he kept at it! The spot wasn't salvagable, but due to his diligence it got my husband to remove it after (something I'd been asking for over a year). Best tech ever!

I did like the fact that it dried faster. However our technician neglected to close the bedroom door and clean behind it. So there is a strip that was not cleaned in each bedroom.
I just was expecting the carpets to smell better.

have use zerorez for about 3 years always had great service this time the guy was more worry how much more money he could get out of me for other services there spot in one of the rooms he missed the time he spent there was 1/2 the time other service took he didn't use the right tool for the steps had to ask him where the smaller tool it then he went to the truck to get it very very disappointed
What I like is the concept of the empowered water. Why use soap if you can use water.
