Technician was friendly and helpful. Work was done quickly and well. One comment though, we have two dogs and I was really hoping all of the dog hair would be gone; most of it was, but some definitely still was in the carpet (I get its hard to get all of the hair when there's a lot)
I call to make a reservation the staff is polite, professional & accommodating. Prior to the tech arriving a call is made to notify me that he is on his way. One he arrives he sets up protecting my walls & covers his shoes not to track in any outside dirt nor dirty the carpeting he has just cleaned. Once completing the work, I inspect what I have approved prior to starting the work. Very SATISFIED with the service done.
The only down fall is that the tech is NOT authorized by Zerorez to move any furniture not even a sofa to clean behind or under. I understand a heavy piece of furniture could injury the tech. . I have Zerorez come out every year . Next year I will make the same call.

I love that there are no chemicals used and the same goal is achieved. Customer service was excellent and the technician who came to the house was friendly, on time, and efficient.
Cleaning was not done very well

,but I was surprised at how wet it was. You should explain to people up front that it will be wet.

Friendly & efficient.
The gentleman that came to our home was excellent in explaining to me what square fotage this and that and services or extra special needs we might have and just didn't tire as I probably asked too many questions. This gentleman also just cleaned and worked and went about his job as a pro. My carpets look seriously fantastic and I am so happy with how hard he worked to get them that way. What a joy.
The techs are always friendly and professional and provide information about the process. There process does not leave a chemical smell or extreme stiffness to the carpet fibers like other companies. This is the second time I've used Zerorez and I will use them again.
Carpet looks the same, stains showing even in non traffic area's. I think that why using chemicals will work.

Carpet looked clean when wet but after it dried it was dirty. Train your staff in advising that carpet is to damage instead of trying to sell it to customer by testing area. Looks good wet but after it dried it was dirty again, more dirt came up. Not very professional company. They take your money and say customer satisfaction is there priority. Zerorez said technician tried to do everything to help but he didn't. He did not want to take no for answer. I said no to him 3 times after increasing cost from $450 to $850. Technician said let me show you front room, what their machine could do and for me to decide after cleaning. He didn't do anything but tell me it will look good, he said it wasn't guaranteed though. Like I said, it looked good when wet, so I said yes for the whole house. I am an Air Force member and I will definitely tell to stay clear from zerorez. Oh they did said other technician and person said it is not worth cleaning. They took my money and ran. I even asked for half a refund, staff said they could give treatment in future. Really, I will never go back to a company that train their staff to get that money.

With all the hype I have seen about Zerorez I guess I just expected the carpet to look cleaner. I was very pleased with your technician Brian. I felt that he was knowledgeable and honest and he tried his best to get the job done right. It may be that the 4 year old cheap carpet is beyond recovery, but I feel that it looks no cleaner or smells no better now than when I do it myself with my Bissell upright cleaner.
